Adao Antonio Aguiar Douro
This limited production of 4600 bottles is produced in the upper region of the Douro, Portugal. This wine is characterized by its rustic body, dense texture and a ruby red color. The aroma is very intense and full of red fruits. It ́is an excellent blend of Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca and Tinta Roriz grapes.
Hand picked. It is macerated in wine tank (cold maceration) and aged in oak barrels for 8 – 10 months.
Suggested Food Pairings
A wine which complements full flavoured meat dishes as pork & beef, or with cheese or on its own. Ideal profil by the glass wine. Easy to drink.
We really enjoyed the smoothness married with the full bodied character of this well-balanced wine. We will be buying more of this!
