Lussac Saint Émilion Château Tour de Grenet Vignobles Brunot 2015
Garnet highlights. Ripe nose halfway between undergrowth and jammy berries. Well-balanced, dense palate with a silky mouthfeel and lovely fruit sensation. Not too much depth, displays presence, typicity and freshness.
Mrs BRUNOT father and son, œnologists, bring their own experience for the vinification. The wine is mainly fermented in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats.
Vatting time is about 3 weeks at approximately 28°C to preserve all the fruit, finesse and tannins of the grapes.
After alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, the Chateau Maledan is aged for 12 months in the vats before bottling.
Suggested Food Pairings
It pairs beautifully with poultry and red meat, especially entrecote steak cooked over vine cuttings, as well as the cheese platter.
