Organic Bordeaux IGP Atlantic Le petit berticot sauvignon blanc
This Sauvignon blanc offers what you would expect for a dry white wine. White flowers nose, minerality, citrus, smooth palet.
Le petit berticot is produced by Jean Luc Clabaut. Whereas the Parisians use to come in the South west of France to enjoy seafood while at “le bassin d’Arcachon” loved to enjoy with it a glass of white wine. Therefore 8 years ago, Jean Luc Clabaut bought vineyard of Sauvignon blanc. Starting to produce ‘le petit berticot’.
This wine elaboration process follow a maceration for 2 weeks before to let it age in wine tanks for 6 months.
Suggested Food Pairings
Serve between 8°C and 10°C. Pair well with all vegetables, grilled white meat and seafood
