Pale lemon with hints of biscuit and tropical/citris fruits on the nose, this wine provides notes of ripe peach, apricot, green melon, canteloupe, and marzipan on the palate with a fantastic finish and has the potential to age.
Manual harvest. Transportation between the vine and the wine press is made only in crates. Furthermore, the winemaking process follows the champanoise method: pressing, first fermentation, bottle fermentation, bubble production in the second fermentation, ageing, riddling, degorging and titration

Serve between 8°C and 10°C as an aperitif and fruity desserts. Pair well with all vegetables, grilled meats (white and red).
