Description
Pale gold in colour,this high acid wine is crisp on the palate wtih flavours of pineapples, peaches combined with the balanced tartness of stone fruit, with a flinty but smooth aftertaste.
Vinification
Cold static settling. Cold stabilizing. Controlled alcoholic fermentation at 15° to 20°C.
